Your experience in revenue operations or a related field has equipped you with the skills to work effectively with data, systems, and teams. You are comfortable collaborating with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate strategies and insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You are curious and eager to learn, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive growth. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with key partners and are adept at navigating complex organizational structures.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first Revenue Operations hire at Assembled, which means you will have significant ownership over high-impact decisions and the execution of key processes. You will work closely with go-to-market leadership and key partners, including Sales management and Marketing teams, to drive alignment and ensure consistency in operations. Your responsibilities will include optimizing critical go-to-market foundations, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, and implementing tools and workflows that enhance productivity. You will also be involved in forecasting and scheduling, ensuring that the workforce management platform meets the needs of our clients. As you build and refine these processes, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's growth trajectory. You will collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
