Finch is hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to ensure seamless systems, data, and processes while building a strategic RevOps function. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other leadership teams. This role requires strong operational expertise and strategic thinking.

You have experience in revenue operations or a related field, where you've developed a keen understanding of the tools and technologies that drive successful go-to-market strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, allows you to build strong partnerships that enhance operational performance. You are adaptable and open to learning, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of Finch's go-to-market engine, ensuring that systems, data, and processes run smoothly. You will begin by mastering the existing infrastructure, focusing on routing, reporting, automation, and tooling. As you grow into a strategic partner, you will shape the direction of Revenue Operations by influencing strategy, process, technology, and insights. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Sales, SE, AM, Success, and Marketing leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

You will analyze data to provide insights that inform decision-making and help shape the overall strategy for revenue growth. By developing and refining processes, you will ensure that Finch's operations are aligned with its mission to revolutionize employment. You will also play a key role in building a more strategic RevOps function, contributing to the long-term success of the organization.
