You are capable of managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate the company's mission and values to potential candidates, and you are committed to fostering a positive candidate journey.

Desirable

Experience in the aerospace or technology sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with the specific skills and qualifications required for engineering roles in these fields. You are comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process and enhance candidate engagement. A background in employer branding and talent marketing is also beneficial, as you will be responsible for promoting Astranis as an employer of choice.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the recruitment process for engineering departments at Astranis. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. You will also be responsible for managing candidate communications and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from application to offer.

You will play a key role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the hiring process, ensuring that all candidates feel valued and respected. You will track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process. Additionally, you will participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Astranis's visibility in the job market and attract top talent.
