You have a strong background in technical recruiting, with experience in sourcing and attracting top talent for engineering and product roles. You understand the nuances of the tech industry and can effectively communicate the value proposition of roles within Kiddom. Your ability to build relationships with internal clients and candidates alike sets you apart, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on educational equity.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Kiddom, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the organization by identifying and attracting top technical talent. You will work closely with the Product, Design, and Engineering teams to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the interview process from start to finish. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring that Kiddom can meet its growing business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with the VP of Talent to refine recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
