You have a strong background in partner marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in building strategic marketing frameworks that drive growth. You understand the importance of data in AI initiatives and can articulate the value propositions that resonate with partners and customers alike. Your experience includes creating scalable enablement materials and compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate joint value propositions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with technology providers and system integrators to foster strong partnerships.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with C-suite leaders and other stakeholders. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your marketing strategies and decisions. Your ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems and build relationships is key to your success in this role. You are proactive and innovative, always looking for ways to enhance marketing efforts and drive joint pipeline growth.
What you'll do
As the first Partner Marketing Manager at Ataccama, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing programs that leverage the partner ecosystem to drive hyper-growth. You will create joint value propositions and develop scalable enablement materials that empower partners to effectively promote Ataccama's solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with key alliances, including Snowflake and various system integrators, to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
You will lead the development of compelling marketing campaigns that highlight the benefits of Ataccama's platform and its capabilities in ensuring data quality and observability. By working closely with the sales and product teams, you will ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with product offerings and market needs. You will also analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
