Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. You are both strategic and hands-on, capable of defining plans and executing campaigns while continuously optimizing performance using data. Your experience includes lifecycle marketing, where you've successfully managed onboarding, activation, engagement, and upsell campaigns for partner programs. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to create clear and compelling partner-specific messaging and content that drives conversion. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Partner Success, Sales, Product, and Design to align marketing execution with partner goals. You are data-driven, with a knack for analyzing campaign performance and distilling insights that inform future strategies. You are excited about helping partners succeed while scaling meaningful revenue for AtoB.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end partner go-to-market strategy, from launch planning and positioning to ongoing growth and optimization. You will lead lifecycle marketing for partner programs, ensuring that onboarding, activation, engagement, reactivation, and upsell campaigns are executed effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, landing pages, and in-app touchpoints to grow partner revenue and wallet adoption. You will build and manage drip and nurture campaigns that drive application starts, card activations, spend growth, and long-term retention. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that marketing execution aligns with partner goals and roadmap priorities. Analyzing campaign performance and partner-level metrics will be a key part of your role, allowing you to iterate based on results and continuously improve strategies. You will be critical in expanding AtoBβs partner ecosystem and ensuring that co-branded fuel card and wallet programs reach their full potential.
