Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in partner marketing, particularly within the B2B and SaaS sectors — you've successfully developed and executed marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable growth. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data effectively to inform your marketing decisions and optimize partner engagement strategies.

You possess a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including technology and reseller firms — you know how to navigate complex relationships and influence go-to-market plans that resonate with diverse partner types. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to build frameworks that support both short-term and long-term business goals.

You are a strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative environments — you enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure alignment and drive business growth. Your communication skills enable you to articulate marketing strategies clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.

You are results-oriented and have a track record of meeting established goals — you understand the importance of measurable and scalable strategies in achieving business success. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt your approach based on evolving business needs.

Desirable

Experience with enterprise messaging solutions is a plus — familiarity with platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. What you'll do

As the Partner Marketing Manager at Meta, you will lead the definition and execution of marketing strategies that drive demand and growth through our Business Messaging partner ecosystem. You will work closely with various partner types to build a comprehensive framework that aligns with business goals. Your role will involve influencing yearly go-to-market plans and ensuring that marketing strategies are measurable and scalable.

You will collaborate with Business Messaging partners to develop marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive adoption of our messaging solutions. This includes creating marketing collateral, organizing partner training sessions, and developing joint marketing campaigns that highlight the value of our products.

You will analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make informed decisions to optimize future initiatives. Your ability to interpret data will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities within the partner ecosystem, allowing you to refine your approach and maximize impact.

You will also engage with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Your strategic insights will help shape the direction of our partner marketing initiatives and contribute to the success of our Business Messaging solutions.
