Attentive is hiring a Manager for their Customer Success team focused on New Verticals. You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer relationships across various industries. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Who you are

You are a driven and entrepreneurial leader with a passion for customer success. You have experience managing teams and supporting individual contributors as they expand their books of business and refine their customer success skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy acting as a strategic thought partner for customers across diverse verticals.

You understand the importance of building authentic customer relationships and have a keen interest in non-traditional e-commerce sectors such as food & beverage, professional sports, travel and hospitality, and entertainment. Your ability to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions is a key strength.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and support a team of Customer Success Managers, guiding them in their daily interactions with clients. You will work closely with your team to help them achieve their email and SMS marketing goals, ensuring that they provide exceptional service and support to customers. You will also be responsible for developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction across various industries.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the customer success organization. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within your team, as you encourage them to take ownership of their customer relationships.
