What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first-responder for Attentiveβs entire customer base, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise. You will communicate with customers via email and live chat, providing fast and accurate resolutions for any issues they might encounter. Your core responsibility will be to deliver outstanding product support, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with our platform. You will also work closely with various teams to gather feedback and improve the overall customer experience, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our services.
