Attentive is seeking a Head of Deal Desk to lead the deal support function across Deal Strategy and Order Operations. You'll collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Legal to enhance quoting processes and improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record of leading deal desk operations, with at least 5 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field. Your expertise in deal strategy and order operations has equipped you with the skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes. You understand the importance of collaboration across departments, having worked closely with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Your analytical mindset allows you to assess and improve existing processes, identifying areas for enhancement that lead to better forecasting and reduced friction in deal execution. You are adept at using various tools and technologies to streamline operations, ensuring that your team can close business with speed and accuracy. Your leadership style fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, empowering your team to excel in their roles.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced technology or marketing environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven platforms. You are comfortable navigating complex pricing structures and have a strong understanding of commercial discipline in deal-making. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels makes you a trusted partner in driving strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

As the Head of Deal Desk, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deal support function, ensuring that all deals are executed with the right commercial discipline. You will lead the development of scalable processes that enhance forecast reliability and compliance, working closely with sales leadership to align on deal strategies that drive revenue growth.

You will own the operating rhythm and tools that facilitate high-quality quoting, ensuring that your team has the resources they need to succeed. Your role will involve analyzing deal performance metrics and providing insights that inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate with finance and legal teams to establish pricing governance that supports the company's objectives while minimizing risk.

In this position, you will also be tasked with building and mentoring a high-performing deal desk team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
