Who you are
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and possess a strong understanding of sales processes and deal negotiations. You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience working closely with sales teams to facilitate complex transactions. Your ability to build relationships across various corporate functions is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and ensure that all deal processes adhere to company policies and guidelines. You are proactive in setting policies and procedures that enhance the efficiency of the deal desk function.
What you'll do
As a Deal Desk Manager at Snowflake, you will partner with the Sales organization, particularly the Acquisition Accounts Sales team, to become a trusted advisor in the deal construct and negotiation process. You will coordinate the flow of information across multiple groups, such as Sales, Services, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Operations, to facilitate the deal process. Your role will involve ensuring that the execution of the deal review and approval process follows company policies and guidelines. Additionally, you will help set policies, processes, and procedures in partnership with other company functions and assist in their implementation. Building and developing internal relationships with various groups across the company will be essential to facilitate the deal process effectively.
