What you'll do
As the Director of the North America Deal Desk, you will lead a team of Deal Desk experts, executing the global vision and direction for the function. Your role involves recruiting and developing team members while establishing a culture focused on accountability and efficiency. You will act as the primary advisor for the largest and most strategic deals in North America, collaborating with regional sales leadership to evaluate risks and rewards. Your guidance on negotiation strategies will ensure that deals align with company objectives. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training programs for sales and related teams, enhancing their understanding of pricing and deal structures. You will support strategic deals across regions as needed, ensuring adherence to global policies and processes critical for scalable revenue growth.
