Vanta is seeking a Manager, Deal Desk to lead the deal review and execution process for the EMEA region. You'll collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to enhance operational efficiency and deal accuracy. This role requires strong strategic and execution skills.
Job Description
Who you are
As the first Manager, Deal Desk for EMEA at Vanta, you will be a foundational member of our growing global Deal Desk organization. You have a strong background in managing deal processes and understand the importance of compliance with company policies and revenue recognition standards. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Finance, Legal, GTM Operations, and Systems to streamline quote-to-cash processes. Your strategic mindset allows you to structure, price, and approve deals that align with Vantaβs business goals. You are detail-oriented and focused on driving operational efficiency while improving deal accuracy. You understand the significance of building and maturing Deal Desk processes that can support evolving business models and deal structures.
Desirable
While prior security experience is not mandatory, familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 will be beneficial. You are adaptable and ready to take on the challenges that come with scaling a business. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence and partner effectively with Sales leadership and other stakeholders.

In this high-impact role, you will own and manage the Deal Desk function for EMEA. You will serve as the primary partner to Sales, helping to structure and approve deals that align with Vantaβs strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include driving operational efficiency, enhancing deal velocity, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and improve the overall accuracy of deals. As Vanta scales, you will play a critical role in shaping the foundation of how the company grows and operates at scale. You will be responsible for building and maturing Deal Desk processes that support our growing business models and evolving deal structures.
