What you'll do
As an Enterprise Renewals Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the subscription renewal process for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with the Client Advisory Services team to ensure that our customers are satisfied and that their needs are met. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. You will also be tasked with developing strategies to improve retention rates and drive revenue growth.
