Overview

AuditBoard is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with high-revenue clients. You'll focus on accounts with $15B+ in revenue, driving growth and long-term partnerships. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a results-driven mindset.

Who you are

You are a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in managing strategic accounts. Your experience includes working with high-revenue clients, ideally in the tech or SaaS industry, where you've successfully fostered long-term partnerships and driven meaningful growth. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Alliances, Product, and Engineering. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating complex client needs to deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience in audit, risk, ESG, or InfoSec sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise-level sales processes. You have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by large organizations and can articulate how AuditBoard's solutions can address these challenges. A background in technology sales or account management will set you apart, as will any relevant certifications in sales methodologies or industry standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own a dedicated territory of named accounts, focusing on managing and expanding relationships with influential clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within your accounts and developing strategies to drive growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that client needs are met and that AuditBoard's solutions are effectively implemented. You will also engage in regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide insights that can enhance their experience with our platform.

Your responsibilities will include conducting regular business reviews with clients, presenting new features and updates, and gathering feedback to inform product development. You will leverage your industry knowledge to position AuditBoard as a trusted partner, helping clients navigate their audit and risk management challenges. Additionally, you will track and report on account performance metrics, ensuring that you meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
