Overview
AvePoint is seeking an Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of mid-sized enterprise customers in the Netherlands. You'll focus on driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in SaaS solutions.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the SaaS industry, and understand the nuances of managing mid-sized enterprise customers. Your consultative sales approach allows you to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. You are adept at identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales engineers and customer success teams to lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
Desirable
Experience in data security, governance, or resilience solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with platforms like Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce. You are comfortable navigating complex customer needs and can articulate the value of AvePoint’s offerings effectively. Your ability to foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity within your team is essential, as you believe that diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and grow a defined book of existing mid-market accounts across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling AvePoint’s SaaS solutions, ensuring that customers are not only satisfied but also see the value in expanding their partnership with us. You will lead the full sales cycle, collaborating with sales engineers and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, conducting regular check-ins, and proactively addressing any concerns that may arise.
You will also be responsible for developing strategic account plans that align with AvePoint’s business objectives and customer goals. By leveraging your understanding of the market and customer landscape, you will identify new opportunities for growth and work to implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings, allowing you to position AvePoint effectively in conversations with clients.
