Overview

NICE is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their Benelux Sales team. You'll be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and managing the full sales cycle. This role requires strong consultative skills and experience in enterprise sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the Benelux region. Your consultative approach allows you to engage with senior executives effectively, helping them understand the value of digital transformation solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with business development representatives and other internal teams to drive sales success.

You are self-motivated and skilled in prospecting, capable of building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Your ability to develop effective territory plans demonstrates your strategic thinking and goal-oriented mindset. You are comfortable running full sales cycles, from account planning and targeted prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with RFPs and RFIs. You are adept at preparing and presenting proposals that resonate with potential clients, showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will acquire new enterprise companies across various industries within the Benelux region. You will build and maintain an effective pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with internal resources. Your responsibilities will include developing and reviewing territory plans to meet business goals, running full sales cycles, and taking a consultative approach to engage with senior executives.

You will coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring that Cognigy's solutions are presented effectively. Representing Cognigy at trade fairs and industry events will also be part of your role, allowing you to network and promote the company's offerings. Your impact will be measured by your ability to drive digital transformation conversations and build strong business cases that demonstrate ROI for clients.
