You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in technology or SaaS environments — you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and built strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Your experience includes working with hardware and software solutions, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of integrated systems to potential clients.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership of your sales strategy — your ability to influence go-to-market approaches and develop repeatable sales motions has led to significant revenue growth in your previous roles. You are comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Your strong communication skills enable you to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise leaders — you understand the nuances of navigating Fortune 500 buying committees and can articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner. You are passionate about technology and its potential to drive operational efficiencies in various sectors.

What you'll do
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will be responsible for driving sales of the Air portfolio, which includes innovative drone solutions tailored for private sector applications. You will engage with clients across multiple verticals, including retail, healthcare, and logistics, to understand their needs and demonstrate how Axon's products can enhance their operations.
You will own complex, high-value deals from inception to closure, leveraging your expertise to influence decision-making processes within client organizations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with commercial partners and systems integrators to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.
In addition to direct sales responsibilities, you will contribute to shaping the go-to-market strategy for the Air portfolio — your insights will help define how Axon positions its products in the marketplace.
