Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in complex, high-value deals. You understand the nuances of selling to various verticals such as retail, healthcare, and critical infrastructure — your ability to navigate these sectors has led to successful outcomes in previous roles. You are a quota-carrying seller who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and you take ownership of your sales cycles from start to finish.

Your expertise in articulating product value is complemented by your ability to build relationships with clients. You are not just a salesperson; you are a trusted advisor who understands how to drive ROI and operational outcomes for your customers. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will own and close complex Outpost opportunities, leading end-to-end sales cycles. You will work closely with the product and solution teams to ensure that you can effectively communicate how Outpost hardware and software can meet customer needs. Your role will involve defining go-to-market strategies and building repeatable sales motions that align with Axon’s mission to protect life.

You will be on the road 50% of the time, engaging with clients and stakeholders across the United States. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their unique challenges will be crucial in expanding Axon’s footprint in the enterprise market. You will also collaborate with internal teams to refine sales processes and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
