Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role. You excel in building relationships and understanding customer needs, which allows you to effectively articulate the value of complex solutions. Your ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations and close deals is complemented by your strategic mindset, enabling you to contribute to go-to-market strategies and sales motions.
You are a strong communicator, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders across various industries such as retail, healthcare, and logistics. Your experience in managing complex sales cycles equips you to handle high-value opportunities with confidence. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product and solution teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will take ownership of the sales process for Outpost opportunities, leading end-to-end sales cycles and closing high-value deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies that align with Axon’s mission to protect life. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales quotas.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating how Outpost hardware and software can drive operational outcomes and return on investment. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex customer environments and addressing their unique challenges. You will also play a key role in building repeatable sales motions that contribute to Axon’s growth and success in the enterprise market.
