Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in complex environments, and you thrive in roles where you can take ownership and drive significant impact. Your experience includes working with diverse verticals such as retail, healthcare, and critical infrastructure, allowing you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors. You are a quota-carrying seller who is comfortable navigating high-value deals and can articulate the value of technology solutions to various stakeholders. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs is paramount, and you excel in building relationships that foster trust and collaboration.

Desirable

Experience in the public safety sector or familiarity with ALPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition) technology would be advantageous. You are also comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results. A background in technology sales or a strong understanding of software and hardware solutions will set you apart.

What you'll do

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will own and close complex, high-value enterprise Outpost deals. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Your role will involve defining go-to-market strategies and building repeatable sales motions that align with Axon’s mission to protect life. You will serve as a trusted product and solution expert, capable of demonstrating how Outpost hardware, software, and workflows drive ROI and operational outcomes for customers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for expanding Axon’s ALPR footprint beyond traditional public safety applications, engaging with various sectors to drive adoption and success.
