You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in complex environments, and you thrive on closing high-value deals. With your experience, you understand the nuances of various verticals such as retail, healthcare, and critical infrastructure, allowing you to tailor solutions effectively. You are a quota-carrying seller who is comfortable leading end-to-end sales cycles and navigating the intricacies of enterprise-level negotiations. Your ability to articulate the value of technology solutions, particularly in the context of public safety, sets you apart as a trusted advisor to your clients.
You possess strong communication skills and can connect with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that you can convey the mission and impact of Axon's products. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to define go-to-market strategies that resonate with potential clients. What you'll do
In this role, you will own and close complex, high-value enterprise Outpost deals, acting as the primary deal owner for these opportunities. You will lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring that you understand the unique needs of each client and how Axon's solutions can meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing sales strategies that align with Axon's mission to protect life, as well as building repeatable sales motions that can be leveraged across the organization.
You will also serve as a product and solution expert, capable of articulating how Outpost hardware, software, and workflows drive ROI and operational outcomes at scale. Your role will require you to be on the road approximately 50% of the time, engaging with clients and stakeholders across the United States. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the solutions you propose are not only viable but also impactful in addressing the safety and justice issues that Axon aims to tackle.
