What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Cloudflare, you will focus on customer adoption and value realization of Cloudflare solutions. You will partner with customers during the closing stages of the sales cycle, ensuring they are ready to implement and optimize our cloud solutions around their business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide ongoing support. Your role will involve monitoring customer engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for educating customers on best practices and helping them leverage Cloudflare's offerings to their fullest potential.
