What you'll do
As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team focused on expanding Axon's presence in new markets outside of the public safety sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and achieve revenue targets. Your leadership will be crucial in building a strong sales team that is capable of winning early customers and establishing repeatable sales motions. You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and close deals that align with Axon's mission.
You will also play a key role in shaping the sales culture at Axon, championing the company's Operating Principles and fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration. Your ability to lead by example will inspire your team to excel and achieve their goals. You will be expected to travel frequently, spending approximately 50% of your time on the road to meet with clients and prospects. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the growth of the Axon Enterprise team and contribute to the company's overall success.
