Job Description
Who you are
You are a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in retail, possessing a data-driven mindset that allows you to navigate both digital and physical sales environments effectively. With experience managing P&L for retail channels, you understand the intricacies of building successful partnerships with major national retailers. Your ability to analyze retail partners' goals and develop tailored programs to meet sales objectives sets you apart. You excel in negotiation, particularly with complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and you prioritize transparency and high performance within your team. Your leadership style fosters collaboration between sales, legal, and finance teams, ensuring that all aspects of the business are aligned towards common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the retail channel strategy, driving initiatives that expand Axon's presence in major retailers. You will analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop effective sales programs that resonate with both retailers and customers. Your responsibilities will include managing the P&L, ensuring forecast accuracy, and building a culture of accountability and performance within your team. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure that all agreements and strategies align with the company's mission and objectives. Additionally, you will be required to travel approximately 50% of the time to meet with retail partners and oversee the execution of sales strategies in-store.
