You possess strong negotiation skills and can effectively manage complex agreements while ensuring alignment between sales and legal/finance teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving real change within your organization.

You have experience owning P&L for retail channels and are adept at developing strategies that expand market presence. Your analytical mindset allows you to study retail partners in depth, understanding their goals and crafting programs that meet sales objectives while fulfilling retailer expectations. You are a bridge between the brand and the customer, ensuring that both sides are satisfied and engaged.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the retail channel's P&L, driving strategy and expanding Axon's footprint into major national retailers. You will develop and execute plans that resonate with retail partners, ensuring that Axon's products stand out in a crowded marketplace. Your responsibilities will include negotiating complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and managing forecast accuracy to meet sales targets. You will foster a culture of transparency and high performance within your team, encouraging collaboration and accountability.

You will also be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Your role will require approximately 50% travel to meet with retail partners and ensure that Axon's strategy is effectively implemented in-store. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that Axon remains a leader in the safety and justice technology space.
