Job Description
Who you are
You are a modern, data-driven sales leader with a strong understanding of both the digital and physical retail environments. With a proven track record in retail management, you know how to elevate products and brands above the competition. Your experience includes owning P&L responsibilities and driving strategic initiatives that expand market presence. You excel at building relationships with retail partners, understanding their goals, and creating programs that align with both sales objectives and retailer expectations. You are adept at negotiating complex agreements and managing forecast accuracy, ensuring transparency and high performance within your team. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and connectivity, making you an effective bridge between sales, legal, and finance teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the retail channel's P&L, driving strategy and expanding Axon's footprint into major national retailers. You will study retail partners in depth, understanding their goals from the buyers at headquarters to in-store departments. Your ability to build scrappy programs will help meet sales objectives while fulfilling retailer expectations. You will negotiate complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and manage forecast accuracy, ensuring a culture of transparency and high performance within your team. Approximately 50% travel is required, allowing you to maintain strong relationships with retail partners and ensure alignment with Axon's mission to protect life.
