You are a modern, data-driven sales leader with a strong understanding of both digital and physical retail environments. You have a proven track record of owning P&L responsibilities and driving strategic initiatives that expand a company's footprint in major national retailers. Your ability to analyze retail partners deeply allows you to understand their goals and build effective programs that meet sales objectives while fulfilling retailer expectations.

You excel at building relationships and acting as a bridge between the brand and the customer. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs) effectively. You are committed to fostering a culture of transparency and high performance within your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and motivated to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the P&L for Axon's retail channel, driving strategy and expanding the company's presence in major national retailers. You will study your retail partners in great depth, understanding their goals from the buyers at headquarters to the in-store departments. Your focus will be on executing plans that elevate products and brands above the competition in retail environments.

You will negotiate complex agreements and manage forecast accuracy, ensuring that sales objectives are met while maintaining strong relationships with retail partners. Your role will require approximately 50% travel, allowing you to connect with partners and teams across various locations. You will also collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and transparency in all operations.
