You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage with diverse stakeholders, from public safety professionals to community members. You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights for product improvement. Your ability to foster relationships and build trust is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Regional Support Manager for Brazil, you will be responsible for driving customer success and adoption of TASER® and Axon products. You will work closely with the Country Manager and the sales and engineering teams to support customers in effectively utilizing our technology for public safety. Your role will involve developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that our products meet the needs of the communities we serve.
You will lead initiatives to educate customers about our products and solutions, facilitating training sessions and providing ongoing support. Your efforts will contribute to the successful adoption of our technology, ultimately helping to protect lives and enhance public safety. You will also collaborate with in-country partners and distributors to strengthen our presence in the region and drive business growth.
