What you'll do
As the Regional Support Manager for Brazil, you will be responsible for driving customer success and adoption of TASER® and Axon products. You will work closely with the Country Manager and the sales and engineering teams to ensure that customers receive the support they need to successfully implement and use our technology. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with in-country partners and distributors, as well as directly engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
You will lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that users are fully equipped to leverage Axon's solutions for public safety. This includes providing training, resources, and ongoing support to help customers maximize the value of our products. You will also gather feedback from users to inform product development and improvements, ensuring that Axon's offerings continue to meet the evolving needs of the public safety sector.
