You are adaptable and can wear multiple hats, from consultant to product expert, to help customers optimize their workflows. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Axon, you will be the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring they achieve their operational goals using Axon’s products. You will provide technical expertise and project management support, collaborating with various teams to influence internal product roadmaps based on customer feedback. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and challenges, offering insights that help shape product development. You will also be responsible for delivering exemplary technical support and customer service, playing a crucial role in aligning Axon’s solutions with customer requirements.
