What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Axon, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring they receive the technical support and advocacy they need to succeed with Axonโ€™s products. You will collaborate with various teams to gather insights into customer needs, helping to shape internal product roadmaps and projects. Your role will involve wearing multiple hats, from consultant to product expert, as you assist customers in optimizing their daily workflows. You will play a crucial role in aligning Axonโ€™s solutions with customer requirements, contributing to the companyโ€™s mission of protecting life through innovative technology.
