You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in deploying software solutions within law enforcement or similar sectors. Your ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues makes you a valuable asset to any team. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and internal teams. Your experience in managing customer relationships ensures that you can advocate for clients while also aligning their needs with the company's goals. You are adaptable and comfortable with a significant amount of travel, as this role requires 80% travel to agency locations across the US.
What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Axon, you will act as the main technical liaison for assigned law enforcement agencies, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with Axon's products and services. You will collaborate closely with deployment teams to ensure successful implementation of software solutions, driving software adoption and enhancing user experience. Your role will involve managing customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, and advocating for the needs of your assigned agencies within Axon.
You will also be responsible for providing high-level technical support, ensuring that the technology is effectively utilized by those who need it most. Your work will contribute to enhancing public safety and saving lives, making a meaningful impact in the communities you serve. You will be expected to stay updated on Axon's products and services, continuously improving your knowledge to better assist your clients.
