Job Description
Who you are
You have over 7 years of experience in Channel Partnerships, Business Development, or Alliance Management within the B2B enterprise software sector — you've successfully built and scaled partner programs with Resellers, Distributors, or MSPs in the TOLA region. Your proven track record of exceeding partner-driven revenue targets showcases your ability to manage lead generation through distributors effectively.
You possess strong negotiation skills and are adept at managing regional partner operations, including the negotiation of partnership agreements and commercial models. Your experience in executing joint business plans with partners demonstrates your capability to align technical enablement paths and localized marketing initiatives with mutual revenue goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will expand reselling and service partnerships across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas to accelerate regional revenue. You will support a "Partner-First" model where 98% of transactions include a partner, focusing on driving field alignment and sales velocity through strategic alliances. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and onboarding strategic Resellers, Distributors, and MSPs in the TOLA region to meet specific regional coverage and revenue targets.
You will execute joint business plans with partners, ensuring alignment with Axonius Sales, Solution Architects, and Customer Success teams to manage account mapping and opportunity execution. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery of sales and technical certifications, ensuring that partners are well-equipped to succeed.
