Who you are
You have over 7 years of experience in Channel Partnerships, Business Development, or Alliance Management specifically within the B2B enterprise software sector — you've successfully scaled partner programs and understand the nuances of working with resellers, distributors, and MSPs. Your direct experience in the Southwest United States has equipped you with the knowledge to navigate the regional market effectively, ensuring that you meet or exceed defined partner-driven revenue targets.
You possess a proven track record of executing successful channel strategies — your ability to develop joint business plans with key partners showcases your strategic thinking and collaborative approach. You are adept at facilitating account mapping and opportunity management, aligning regional channel partners with sales and customer success teams to drive growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategic expansion of reselling and service partnerships across California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico — your primary focus will be on executing a Southwest channel strategy that increases partner-sourced revenue. You will recruit and onboard strategic resellers and MSPs, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
You will develop joint business plans that include defined technical enablement paths and localized marketing initiatives — your efforts will be crucial in achieving mutual revenue goals with partners. Managing regional partner operations will be a key responsibility, which includes negotiating commercial agreements and overseeing the delivery of sales and technical certifications through the Partner Success team.
