Who you are

You have a strong background in channel management and partnership development, ideally with experience in the fintech or financial services sector. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with resellers is key, and you understand the nuances of working with diverse partners to drive mutual success.

You are results-oriented and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective channel strategies. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate Ramp's value proposition clearly and persuasively to potential partners.

What you'll do

As a Channel Partner Manager at Ramp, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new reseller partners to expand Ramp's reach in the market. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and drive sales through these channels. Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will ensure that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

You will analyze partner performance metrics and provide insights to optimize channel strategies, ensuring that Ramp's offerings are effectively positioned in the market. Regular communication with partners will be essential to foster strong relationships and address any challenges they may face.
