Overview
Axonius is hiring a Principal National Partner Manager to scale strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth across North America. You'll develop and execute a national channel strategy and negotiate partnership agreements. This role requires 10+ years of experience in channel partnerships within the B2B enterprise software sector.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or alliance management within the US B2B enterprise software sector — you've successfully built and scaled partner programs with resellers, distributors, or managed service providers. Your expertise in managing channel strategies and business models within enterprise SaaS environments sets you apart, and you hold a Bachelor's degree that complements your professional experience.
You excel in developing and executing national channel strategies that increase partner-sourced revenue — your ability to recruit and onboard partners is proven, and you have a track record of constructing joint business plans that include specific enablement paths and mutual revenue goals. Negotiating partnership agreements with executive stakeholders is second nature to you, and you thrive in a partner-first sales motion.
What you'll do
In this role, you will scale strategic partnerships with organizations like WWT, Optiv, and SHI to drive revenue growth across North America. You will prioritize reselling and renewals, aiming for over 90% of deployment services to be handled by partners. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a US national channel strategy to meet regional coverage targets through partner recruitment and onboarding. You will construct and implement joint business plans with national partners, coordinating with Partner Success and Global Partner Marketing teams to deliver technical certifications and sales training.
You will negotiate partnership agreements and commercial models with executive stakeholders at national distributors and strategic resellers, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company's goals. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate leads and drive market expansion. You will be expected to travel up to 40% domestically for partner engagements, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships and foster a thriving partner ecosystem.
