Overview

Backblaze is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst for Customer Success to support post-sale operations and ensure alignment with Sales Operations standards. This role requires collaboration with Customer Success and Support teams across LATAM.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, particularly in customer success and support. With your experience, you understand the importance of post-sale execution, including customer onboarding, renewals, and expansions. You are detail-oriented and excel at maintaining data governance while ensuring processes are efficient and effective.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. Your ability to analyze data and generate reports helps inform strategic decisions and improve operational workflows. You are committed to fostering a diverse workspace and understand how it enhances customer service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Sales Operations functions related to post-sale execution, ensuring that customer onboarding and support workflows are seamless. You will partner with Customer Success and Support teams to align systems and processes with Sales Operations standards. Your responsibilities will include analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

You will also be involved in developing and maintaining reporting tools that provide insights into customer success metrics. By collaborating with various teams, you will ensure that all operations are executed consistently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of Backblaze's customer initiatives.
