Job Description
Who you are
You have 4-7 years of sales experience in a SaaS business — you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and understand how to engage with technical audiences. Your ability to build relationships is key, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with founders and marketing teams.
You are comfortable consulting with existing customers and prospective clients to understand their needs and help shape product and go-to-market strategies. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to lead negotiations and execute new sales opportunities effectively.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Baseten, you will help build the foundation and processes for customer-facing teams. You will lead, negotiate, and execute new sales opportunities, working in partnership with the marketing and BDR team to develop a strong sales pipeline that supports quarterly and annual sales targets. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within sales accounts will be a critical part of your role, as will working cross-functionally to improve the customer experience and ensure sales effectiveness.
