Beekeeper is hiring a Business Development Representative to generate new leads and business opportunities. You'll be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, collaborating with a high-performing international team. This position requires at least 1 year of BDR/SDR experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative, where you've honed your skills in lead generation and prospecting. You are comfortable with cold calling and have a knack for engaging potential clients over the phone and via Zoom. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to connect with prospects and understand their needs effectively.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a team of like-minded individuals. Your curiosity and drive make you a key player in the growth of the company, as you are the first point of contact for potential clients. You are eager to learn from strong mentors and are motivated by the opportunity for career advancement within a meaningful SaaS company.
What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at Beekeeper, you will be responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities across Europe. You will identify prospects' needs during discovery calls and prepare them for demo meetings with Account Executives. Your role will involve qualifying inbound leads generated by our marketing teams and reaching out to prospects through outbound campaigns.
You will represent Beekeeper at events and webinars, showcasing our communication technology solutions and demonstrating thought leadership in the industry. Collaborating with your team of BDRs, you will work together to create successful campaigns and drive business growth. Your insights will be valuable to the marketing team as you help shape effective outreach strategies.
