Beekeeper is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of Mid Market customers and ensure their overall success. You'll partner with customers to understand their goals and drive adoption and satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
Job Description
Who you are
As a Customer Success Manager, you have a knack for building relationships and understanding customer needs. You are resourceful and persuasive, effectively demonstrating how customers can derive maximum value from Beekeeper's offerings. Your experience in managing customer portfolios allows you to prioritize effectively and drive customer satisfaction. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various stakeholders including VPs and Directors across different departments such as HR, IT, and Operations. You are passionate about customer success and are committed to ensuring that your customers achieve their strategic goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a portfolio of Mid Market customers, focusing on their overall success post-implementation. You will partner with customers to build and execute success plans, ensuring they meet their desired business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion, while also being the voice of your customers within the organization. You will leverage data to identify which customers to prioritize and proactively engage with them to address any issues. Collaborating closely with your Account Manager counterpart, you will develop joint success plans and identify opportunities for growth within your customer base. You will also drive accountability for deliverables, ensuring that both internal teams and customer teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
