You are proactive in identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks, always keeping the partner's business objectives in focus. Your strategic mindset allows you to bridge the gap between partner needs and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. What you'll do
As a Client Success Manager at Payabli, you will own a portfolio of partner accounts, acting as their primary point of contact post-integration. Your role will involve guiding partners through their payments journey, ensuring they understand how to leverage Payabli's platform effectively. You will proactively drive adoption of the platform, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any challenges that arise. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with partners, analyzing their usage data, and providing insights to help them achieve their business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to relay partner feedback and advocate for their needs. Your strategic approach will help set each partner relationship up for long-term success, making you an integral part of their journey with Payabli.
