Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in building and maintaining client relationships. Your ability to engage with both individual contributors and C-suite leaders sets you apart. You thrive in a goal-oriented environment and are motivated to exceed sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs. Your storytelling skills allow you to deliver compelling pitches that resonate with clients. You understand the importance of a consultative approach, ensuring that you tailor solutions to meet client needs effectively. You are committed to fostering a culture of belonging and inclusivity in your work environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and exceeding sales goals. You will own the sales cycle from lead generation to close, fostering relationships and guiding clients through the buying process with a consultative approach. Your responsibilities will include leading pipeline generation, account mapping, and strategic planning to drive sales of Benevity’s solutions. You will orchestrate the necessary resources to win opportunities and ensure a seamless, positive client experience. Your focus will be on understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions, acting as a trusted market expert throughout the sales process.
