What you'll do
As the Talent Development Manager at Betterment, you will play a key role in shaping the learning and development strategy for the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to assess development needs and design programs that support employee growth and engagement. Your responsibilities will include managing the implementation of learning initiatives, evaluating their effectiveness, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
You will also be responsible for creating a culture of continuous learning by promoting available resources and encouraging employees to take ownership of their development. What we offer
Betterment offers a competitive salary range of $110,000-$120,000, along with a comprehensive equity package and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, spending four days a week in the office at our New York City headquarters.
