Who you are
You have a proven track record in partner management, with experience in building and nurturing strategic channel partnerships that align with sales objectives. Your ability to engage with various ecosystem partners — including VARs, VADs, and System Integrators — has been instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring customer success. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at coaching sales teams on effective partner engagement strategies.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to facilitate connections between marketing teams and ecosystem partners for successful campaigns. Your understanding of the cybersecurity landscape enables you to effectively represent BeyondTrust's products and services, ensuring partners are well-equipped to drive sales and technical training.
What you'll do
As a Partner Manager at BeyondTrust, you will be responsible for executing the partner ecosystem strategy to achieve regional sales goals. You will build and cultivate relationships with strategic channel partners, ensuring alignment with sales leadership. Your role will involve coaching the sales team on how to engage with ecosystem partners effectively, connecting sellers with partners at both account and opportunity levels.
You will facilitate marketing connections with ecosystem partners to drive collaborative campaigns, ensuring that all partners are engaged and enabled to succeed. Your responsibilities will also include orchestrating additional sales and technical training for partners, enhancing their ability to represent BeyondTrust's offerings effectively. You will play a key role in driving partner enablement and engagement, contributing to the overall success of BeyondTrust's partner ecosystem.
