Your fluency in both German and English allows you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to observe and report on market trends and customer preferences. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships, to drive business success. Your ability to build relationships makes you a trusted advisor to prospects, and you are enthusiastic about promoting the brand's success stories. You are also open to attending events that resonate with your prospects, enhancing your networking opportunities.

What you'll do

In this pioneering role, you will serve as the first Sales Outbound Expert in the German market, laying the groundwork for Bigblue's expansion. You will analyze the competitive landscape and emerging trends, providing valuable insights that will inform the company's growth strategy. Collaborating closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships teams, you will nurture strong relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted resource. You will also organize or plan to attend events that your prospects will appreciate, such as restaurants, sports events, and music shows, to foster connections. Your role will be crucial in establishing Bigblue's presence in Germany and contributing to the company's ambitious growth objectives.
