What you'll do
As the Manager of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes that enable efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market functions across multiple business teams. Your role will involve identifying where mature processes do not exist or have proven unsuccessful, and you will take the lead in designing, testing, implementing, and driving the adoption of stable processes that will scale with BigCommerce's growth.
