What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at BigID, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how BigID’s platform can address their challenges. You will collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process and help drive business innovation. Your role will involve presenting solutions to customers, conducting product demonstrations, and providing feedback to the product team based on customer interactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their success with BigID’s solutions.
