Billups is seeking a Business Director to lead their Client Services team and drive strategic growth across a portfolio of high-profile clients. This role requires 12+ years of media experience, particularly in Out-of-Home (OOH) strategy and planning.

Who you are
You have over 12 years of media experience, with a deep expertise in Out-of-Home (OOH) strategy, planning, and buying — you've successfully led high-performing, client-facing teams across multiple regions and understand the nuances of building strong client relationships. Your proven track record in delivering strategic, measurable results showcases your strong negotiation, storytelling, and business development skills. You possess a solutions-driven, growth mindset that allows you to manage complexity effectively. A Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) complements your professional background.
What you'll do
As the Business Director, you will lead the Client Services team, ensuring best-in-class OOH planning and flawless execution for our high-profile clients. You will partner closely with senior leadership, including the Managing Director, Regional CEO, and Head of Media, to drive strategic growth across your portfolio. Your role will involve championing operational excellence by promoting consistency, efficiency, and innovation across planning, buying, and reporting processes. You will ensure timely activation and campaign reporting while collaborating with internal teams such as Investment, Marketing, Design, and Platform Solutions to guarantee cross-functional alignment and client satisfaction.
