Job Description
Who you are
You have mid-level experience in business development, ideally within the financial services or cryptocurrency sectors — you understand the nuances of client relationships and can navigate the complexities of the digital asset ecosystem. You are comfortable working across different time zones, particularly North/South America and Europe, and can effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to produce market research and analysis that informs strategic decisions. Your ability to prepare presentations and proposals demonstrates your proficiency in supporting live deals and collaborating with internal teams. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for new services aimed at developers and early-stage startups, showcasing your innovative mindset.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Ecosystem to co-own client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and that you provide exceptional support throughout the deal process. You will be responsible for producing market research and analysis on various aspects of the crypto ecosystem, which will guide the development of new services. Your contributions will help shape the future of BitGo's offerings in the digital asset space, making a significant impact on the company's growth and client satisfaction.
You will also coordinate with other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client-related tasks, from preparing presentations to managing proposals. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the Ecosystem Sales team as they expand BitGo's reach and influence in the market.
What we offer
BitGo offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary averaging between $100,000 and $125,000 USD, along with equity and an annual performance bonus.
